Unit 3 - WIP
My search for knowledge through learning has taken four paths. In this unit I have merged them in to one final piece with the mother at the center - Click on the images below to enter in to each of these realms, although still separate their connections have become clearer.
Unit 2
My search into the realm of 'Domestic Magic" in unit 2 has led me to broaden my understanding of the term "domestic' to include my daily routines and duties and to include my everyday.
Though collaboration, external opportunities, and four pathways keeping in mind my original research questions,
I have used collaboration, paper-making, mixed media, collage, printing, sewing, and begun exploring the possibility of projection film and assemblage, to explore how I might evidence though "picture making", as David Hockney describes it, the magic in the every day to raise questions and uplift the viewer - Click on the images below to enter in to each my projects.
